You may have picked up that we’re about going all way to get the prefect bike designed and built around you. Every tiny detail of your bike has been carefully considered and designed to perform a specific function; they’re there for a reason, not to just look pretty (our bikes do that all by themselves!).

These are some of the features we designed into our prototype bikes, as well as some of the innovative products that we’ve sourced to be used on the bikes...

Atum22 Frame Features:

- A curved and formed seat-tube for our time trial bike, Seth which allows us to tuck the rear wheel under the rider and improve weight distribution.

- Bespoke twin-crown titanium forks for Isis and Tefnut, complete with rack and mud-guard eyelets and various braking systems.

- Fillets made from sheet titanium have been added in very specific areas around the bottom bracket to some bikes. These fillets reduced flex at the bottom bracket and improve power transfer to the rear wheel. Over-sized fillets were used to stiffen up Seth’s chain stays and bottom bracket and improve the aerodynamics in an area which is ‘messy’ due to the cranks and rider’s lower legs movements.

Atum22 cut-away dropouts: light and strong. We’re in the process of developing an SL version at the moment, which will shave even more weight off the frames – watch this space!

- Full bespoke finishing: we’re able to engrave, sandblast and brush almost anything you want onto your frame, whether it’s an image or your mantra that gets you over that last climb of the day.

- Atum22 Titanium seat posts, light and exceptionally durable. We have produced these is an array of sizes and lengths. We’ve also produced flat bars, stems, MTB bar-ends and Rohloff specific bar-end-drops for the Tefnut and Nut.

- Internal cable routing and drainage systems have been developed for Seth, where aerodynamics are important, and for easy maintenance for bikes that are likely to be in bad weather, such as Tefnut and Isis. To avoid the frame filling with water we’ve strategically placed small drainage holes at the ends of tubes that have internally routed cables. The bottom bracket, seat stays and chain stays also have drainage holes near the dropouts as water can sometimes get in through the seat tube.
